Requesting Hibe reports

This notice explains how HibeAI, Inc. ("Hibe") uses information you submit when requesting Where the Roofing Dollar Goes or Are Roofing Companies Growing? through a Hibe form on Facebook or Instagram. It applies to these report requests and related business follow-up.

Information you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and business address. Hibe also receives the form answers and the information Meta provides with your submission, such as the submission time and the ad or form that generated your request. Please use business contact details and do not include financial account information or other sensitive information in your answers.

How Hibe uses it

Hibe uses your information to provide access to the report, respond to your questions, understand which businesses are interested, and follow up by email or phone about the report and Hibe's roofing operations software. Hibe may also use submission and campaign information to measure the performance of its advertising.

Submitting the form is optional. You can ask Hibe to stop business follow-up at any time using the contact details below.

Where the information goes

Meta hosts the Facebook and Instagram form and provides submitted information to Hibe through its business tools. Meta handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Hibe's authorized team can use the submitted details in its business tools to handle the request and follow-up. Service providers supporting storage, communications, or customer relationship management may process the information for those purposes.

Your choices and requests

Contact help@hibe.ai to request a copy or correction of your report-request information, ask for its deletion, or stop follow-up. Include the email address used on the form so Hibe can locate the request. Hibe may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Hibe keeps report-request information for handling the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can request deletion using the address above.
